Exercise Classes at Meopham


Aerobics
A cardio and toning workout session suitable for all levels. A great way to burn calories and increase fitness levels.

 

Ballroom
You'll learn the basic social dance patterns in dances such as Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing, Salsa, Hustle, Night Club Two Step and Slow Rock, to name a few. The class includes instruction, practice and socializing.

Body Pump
Prepare to pump some weights in this non-resistance workout which will tone the entire body - change your body shape.

Box Fit
A high energy class incorporating boxing techniques including jabs, hooks and upper cuts – all to music. A knockout workout!

Bums, Legs and Tums
An ideal class for new customers who have never tried a workout class before. The focus is on thighs, bums and stomachs to help tone and shape your body.

Body Conditioning
This workout will enhance all areas of your body. A full training session that will leave you feeling like you have worked like you never worked before! Suitable for all levels.

Circuits
A combination of cardio and strength training - all levels welcome - this class allows the participant to work to their own personal level.

Heart of the Community
This class uses low impact exercises to work the heart and body to improve overall fitness and wellbeing. This class has been used by those who may have had previous cardiac issues to improve their lifestyle and health.

Fierce Fit
Use a mixture of battle ropes, TRX and weights to get the ultimate body work out! Use this high intensity, circuit style class to use all major muscle groups and leave you feeling worked and powerful!

Powerwave
Workout classes are a really good way to help you lose weight, tone up or simply feel great. Powerwave uses weighted bags in different exercises for a whole body workout.

Pilates
Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout, which focuses on core stability and posture, aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles.

Pound Fitness
SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. POUND® is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energising and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

Spin
The most fun you can have on a stationary bike. Burn calories to pumping music and see the difference a 45 minute workout can make.

Tai Chi 
Time to relax, release any tension and enjoy the calming ambience. Let your instructor take you through movements that will help you relax and de-stress. Great for posture and general well being.

Tighten and Tone
Our Tighten and Tone class is a low impact class aimed at those that may find high intensity workouts difficult on their bodies. This class uses exercises that target all areas of the body.

Yoga 
Yoga aims to align the mind and body through a series of postures, focussing on strength, flexibility and meditation techniques.

Zumba 
Take your workout to the dance floor with Zumba, a dance based class featuring elements of Salsa, Tango, Merengue, Hip Hop... Move your hips and free your mind.
