Our children's courses are the perfect way for children of all ages and abilities to develop their abilities in different sports, as well as support their self-confidence, team working skills, make friends and more, under the guidance of our fully-qualified coaches.
Gymnastics is recognised as being one of the top three fundamental sports for young people, laying the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. They’ll develop fundamental movement skills as well as important social skills, like teamwork and self-confidence. Our programmes are inclusive and progressive, following our Proficiency Pathway, enabling your child to develop at a rate that is appropriate for them.
Basket Ball Lessons
Trampolining is a great way to stay active while having fun, under the guidance of our fully-trained instructors. Our classes are suitable for children 5 years and over, and combine the progressive development of core skills, such as balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination, along with important life skills such as team work.
